Andreas Oberheitman，清華大學公共管理與工程博士，現(xiàn)任德國FOM大學 管理學教授，德中工商技術(shù)能力中心（KCBT）科學主任，萊布尼茨經(jīng)濟研究所（RWI）高級客座研究員，《美國氣候變化期刊》（American Journal of Climate Change）編輯委員會成員，政府間氣候變化專門委員會（IPCC）評審員。2007年至2013年，清華大學國際環(huán)境政策研究中心（RCIEP）國際主任和清華大學環(huán)境學院客座教授。1993年至2015年，萊布尼茨經(jīng)濟研究所（RWI）高級研究員。
